Rebranding enhances barrier safety product

Halifax based manufacturer A-Fax is ge advantage of its success in the design, manufacture and sales of safety barriers. A-Fax has undertaken a major product re-branding exercise and expansion of the company's sales and marketing strategy for its range of unique plastic safety barrier products.

A-SAFE BARRIER has been set up as a new trading division of the company, which will be responsible for the promotional and marketing activities of the re-branded product range, as well as being the focal point for sales enquiries regarding the products.

David G. Smith, A-Fax managing director said: "We are finding more and more that product sales are being made through 3rd party companies, some of whom have already been appointed as official distributors of the product. We see this trend carrying on as product sales continue to increase until we have both a nationwide and worldwide distributor network in place. The overall objective is to have the products instantly recognisable and associated with the product brand name rather than a company name"

A-Fax will remain as the product development, design and manufacturing division of the company and also continue to supply and support the products to national and multi-national accounts. A-Fax will also act as a product distributor in areas where there is, as yet, no officially appointed distributor.
