Two-joint vacuum unit rotates through 360°

Afloor-mounted vacuum lifting unit from Al-Vac rotates through 360° and has a lifting capacity well in excess of the 25kg needed to handle the conventional plastic and paper sacks that are used in many process industry applications.

Continuous rotation is made possible by the joint at the top of the unit's upright post. While the machine can be bolted directly to the floor, potential uses are significantly increased by its ability to be moved around easily.

The two-joint swing arm unit is moved into place by a forklift or pallet truck and then connected to the power supply. The two joints in the swing arm enable loads to be placed into the required position with a high level of precision.

The standard unit has an outreach of 2500mm. This can be increased to 3000mm if required.

Standard lift height is 1750mm, but this too can be increased.
