New headset
January 1st 2005 The Peltor Lite-Com is a series of headsets that combine hearing protection with a built-in communication radio. Voice controlled transmission keeps the wearer’s hands free while still maintaining radio contact. Lite-Com Basic and Lite-Com III are two new models of licence-free radio headsets.
Easy-to-use, the Lite-Com Basic has all its communication radio functions controlled by three buttons. Volume, channel settings and other adjustments are confirmed with a voice message in the headset.
Lite-Com III has built-in communication radio and electronic active-volume feature. The headset has microphones on the outside that capture ambient sound and reproduce it in the earphones.
