Light stacker
March 1st 2005

A lightweight stacker joins the extensive range of manual handling equipment available from Southworth Handling.

Available from stock, the Newton 70 is suitable for loads to 70kg and is based on a design from Hallins in Sweden. It is lightweight, robust and compact, with all controls mounted integrally. The platform is lifted by a cog belt drive powered by an electric motor, all mounted inside the rear cover assembly.

The Newton range now covers 12 models for loads to a maximum of 200kg. There are attachments for roll, drum and container handling.
