September 1st 2008 Protecta-Kote from Formbar is a
hardwearing, anti-slip protective
coating. A polyurethane base and
recycled tyre granules mean it is
very tough, resilient and durable,
yet comfortable and non-abrasive.
It is water and weather resistant,
highly flexible and resistant to acid,
petrol, diesel and most chemicals,
reports Formbar. It also helps to
prevent rusting.
Applied manually by brush, roller
or by spray gun, Protecta-Kote
chemically bonds to most clean
and dry surfaces including
concrete, wood, fibreglass, metal,
rubber and sound painted
surfaces. It also bonds to itself
making it repairable for a long and
reliable life.
