Slip-resistant Vynagrip matting from Plastic Extruders has improved safety for employees of Weir Strachan, a company involved with the defence and nuclear industries. Before the matting was installed, spilt oil used to make the painted floors slippery, especially near work-benches.

Comfortable to stand on, the matting can be cut into appropriate lengths so it can be easily rolled and resited. Made from PVC in a grid-welded format, Vynagrip is oil and chemical resistant and hard wearing. The grid format provides drainage and the deep etched top surface provides slip resistance.

The matting is available in widths of 60, 91 and 122cm and in rolls or modules.
