Getting a grip
July 1st 2006 Fibreglass Grating has developed a new anti-slip gritted surface for its range of flooring panels. Angular quartz grit is new embedded into the top surface during the manufacturing process, resulting in an extremely hard-wearing, durable chemical resistant finish.
Fibreglass Grating's slip resistance makes it particularly suitable for use as a walking surface in wet, oily or icy working areas. Other important qualities include maintenance-free operation, a 70% weight reduction over comparable steel gratings and easy on-site cutting.
