Stops slips
November 1st 2005 Spikys, available from foothealthcare.com, are rubber straps that fit over shoes or boots to prevent slipping in snow and ice.
They are made from 76% natural rubber and 24% high-grade synthetic rubber that enable them to stretch to six and a half times their original length. Small perforations in the rubber help to increase the elasticity of the Spikys, boosting comfort and allowing them to be worn all day without pinching or squeezing the foot.
