Practical courses
July 1st 2004

Courses are offered by Seaward Electronic to cover all the practical issues associated with portable appliance testing.

Specially developed for safety and facilities managers and service engineers, the courses have been designed to provide added value and a positive contribution to business performance. Faster testing techniques, adoption of best practice and the effective use of ancillary equipment can all be linked to produce efficient testing systems.

Courses include testing on the more advanced pat testers from the Seaward range and all feature an introduction to pat testing, the requirements of the Electricity at Work Regulations and the latest IEE test guidance on safety testing.

A special software course on the patguard Plus records keeping programme gives a comprehensive overview of the software from the database structure, latest re-test scheduling features and the ability to download and upload data to the test instrument.

Training can be at Seawards premises in County Durham or a at companys own site.
