The acquisition by FMS of Cdata enables users of its maintenance management systems to integrate their software with Cdata’s OEE range of products.

Cdata engineers have been implementing maintenance management systems (Ctek2000) and Overall Equipment Effectiveness management systems (Cweb-OEE) for more than 18 years with particular success in the food, pharmaceutical and nuclear processing sectors.

FMS supports Idhammar, API PRO COMAC and MainMan user communities throughout the world, but integration of the OEE product is available to organisations using alternative or no maintenance management system.

Recent OEE project have resulted in production increases of more than 10% in weeks rather than months. The system identifies causes of lost production in real time by a range of criteria and remedial actions can be planned.
