Described as an all-round solution for a large number of general applications, Kopex International’s LS1 covered pliable electrical conduit is a hand-bendable system that retains its shape once bent into position.

It is suitable for static applications with limited vibration such as power supplies, switchgear units, starters, generators and pumps.

In response to increased demand for safety, the company has introduced a low acid covering that also provides increased flame retardancy.

The LS1 low acid version has ingress protection IP66 and 67 rating, so it can be used in demanding environments such as machine tools and heavy industry.

Mechanical strength is a key feature, giving protection against damage from physical impact and providing a high pull-off rating.

With the ability to screen against interference from RFI, EMI and EMP, LS1 helps in compliance with current EMC Directives. LS1 low acid PVC, with a C12 connector, screens to 74dB at 1MHz, providing protection to critical plant and appliances.
