 Modular steel partitioning
November 1st 2004

New office, workshop and classroom areas for the engineering facility of Warwickshire College’s £11m technology and business centre in Leamington Spa have been designed and constructed by Troax UK in conjunction with main contractor Northern Storage and Interiors.

Troax designed and constructed partitioning to create internal dividing walls at the centre’s vehicle engineering facility.

It used its Excalibur range of modular, doubleskin, steel partitioning in a combination of full steel and steel and glazed panels for the project. The steel partitioning complies with all relevant health and safety legislation and offers a good level of sound and heat insulation. Its modular design means the building layout can be changed if required.
