New service partnership

Maintec 2005 also saw the launch of a new condition monitoring service partnership between INA FAG and Corus Northern Engineering Services (CNES).

The partnership brings together Corus engineers and INA FAG’s engineers and the FAG suite of hardware and software for condition monitoring.

CNES has many condition monitoring contracts across a wide range of industries. The partnership, called PRAXIS offers plant engineers and maintenance managers a new solution for all their condition monitoring requirements across the whole of the UK. PRAXIS provides the CNES services of vibration analysis; acoustic monitoring; thermographic imaging; install and commissioning of all condition monitoring systems. These are supported by FAG hardware and software and on-line monitoring systems.

Kate Hartigan, MD of INA FAG UK commented on the partnership saying “People will be reassured that what they are getting from PRAXIS is years of experience”.
