INA FAG shows new damage diagnostics at MAINTEC

At this year’s Maintec exhibition INA FAG will be showcasing its newly developed damage diagnostic instrument Detector III – which detects and eliminates machinery imbalances.

According to INA, the Detector series is a tried, tested and easy-to-use measuring system which detects – and eliminates – machinery imbalances. The new Detector III can be used to balance any rotors or shafts in one or two planes and is available with an optional extended operational balancing function.

With built-in step-by-step user dialogue, says the company, Detector III will allow even inexperienced operators to achieve a reliable and accurate balancing result.

Easy Check Online: A cost-effective solution for monitoring machinery in hard to reach areas, Easy Check Online provides an “early warning system” of any pending damage to machinery

DTECTX1: Effective and value for money series of online monitoring devices that enables permanent frequency-selective monitoring. DTECTX1’s includes features which are usually only available in far more expensive online systems.

VibroCheck: PC-based vibration monitoring system used for permanent monitoring of vital machine elements such as roller bearings and gears. Up to 2048 sensors can be attached to the system, which measures vibration signals as well as other physical quantities such as temperature, power, pressure, etc.
