Staff with dodgy auto-motives May 23rd 2006 A gang of car thieves have been arrested by police in Germany after stealing hundreds of BMWs and Mercedes piece by piece.
According to Ananova, the gang stole millions of pounds worth of parts over a six year period after getting jobs in the Munich factories where they are made. Cars were smuggled out of the plants bit by bit, reassembled in a nearby warehouse, and then sold off in South-Eastern Europe.
