Tuff Spun comprises high quality closed cell PVC foam with a ribbed slip resistant surface which induces muscle flexing in the legs and calf, improving personal well-being and significantly reducing standing fatigue. The matting is recommended for all areas where workers must stand, such as workstations, packaging and processing areas. Tuff Spun Plus is similar but with yellow edges for safety demarcation.

Another variation is Tuff Spun Wear which has a pebbled wear surface layer and extra thick cushioning below. This matting is recommended for medium duty use, such as at work stations and beside benches.

The anti-fatigue mattings, in various colours, are available in module sizes of 60 x 91cm, 91x 150cm and 91 x 300cm; Tuff Spun is also available in 18m long rolls They are easy to cut and shape and will provide a seamless one piece covering of large areas.
