New digital panel meter now on ebay
April 5th 2007

IMA has introduced a new range of digital panel meters - the Breeze Series 20 which are simple to programme, excellent value and are now available on ebay.

In a break with traditional distribution routes IMA has decided to place the display on ebay Managing Director Paul Stockwell says “by putting the Breeze 20 on ebay it makes the unit easy for customers who wish to buy just one or two units, and keeping distribution costs down means we can pass these savings on to our customers”.

The Breeze 20 is available with either AC power or 24VDC, and another useful standard feature of these panel meters is the 21VDC power output for loop-powered transmitters.

The Breeze 20 has a 13mm high 4˝-digit display, is supplied in a standard DIN case measuring 72 x 36 x 97mm and has a versatility which means the meters can be used for a wide range of applications, including: Current, Voltage, Pt100, and Modbus. While the display is small, it has 4 data manipulation functions that enable the input to be modified. Linear, square and square root functions are present while the user specified input allows up to 21 user-defined points to be entered to linearise a non-linear input – useful for applying deviations when an instrument is returned from calibration.

The display has an IP40 front panel, with IP65 as an option. The optional alarm relays are user-programmable, allowing the unit to switch up to 1A at 250VAC for the control of processes, with variable set point and hysteresis limits.
