Thermal imager maintenance kits
October 26th 2007 Fluke is offering either a free Fluke 87V/i410 combo kit or a free Fluke 337 clamp meter, together with a free thermal imaging DVD, to purchasers of the Fluke Ti20 thermal imager.
The Ti20, with full radiometric imaging, can quickly identify potential problems in industrial applications such as distribution panels, switchgear and motors.
The combo kit includes a Fluke 87V true-rms multimeter, a Fluke i410 AC/DC clamp meter to extend the multimeter’s measurement capability to 400A, together with a thermocouple probe, test leads and clips.
The alternative, the Fluke 337 current clamp meter with in-built digital display, measures up to 100A AC; this makes it a suitable tool for determining electrical panel loads and in-rush currents for motors and lighting.
The Fluke Ti20 enables quick and safe identification of hot spots. Capable of identifying very small temperature differences, it captures images and data for reporting and analysis, it can be used to carry out periodic inspections with clear on-screen routing instructions. The thermal imager can be purchased from Fluke authorised distributors.
