Many people find it easier to develop skills when they're learning in a realistic environment, and getting practical experience. RoSPA's purpose built training suite is fully equipped with a wide range of power presses and abrasive wheels, enabling hands-on training.

Power Press Tool Setters

It is essential that power presses are properly inspected, tested and maintained as these high-risk machines can inflict serious injury. The course includes individual practical instruction and a pass or fail assessment at the end of the course.

Abrasive Wheel Setters

This course helps employers meet their legal duties, as a schedule of training is a legal requirement for all those who mount abrasive wheels.

Abrasive Wheel Instructors

This is a 'train-the-trainer' course in which delegates learn how to instruct their colleagues in the safe use of abrasive wheels. The course helps delegates learn how to set training objectives, plan for training and decide what training aids to use. The course offers real value for money as delegates leave able to disseminate abrasive wheel training to colleagues within their workplace.
