Castrol SystemCare provides focused management of metalworking fluids. Central metalworking fluid systems are managed by Castrol in the most cost-effective way. By giving this responsibility to Castrol, the customer can free themselves to concentrate on their core activities.
Castrol CompleteCMS is aimed at customers who want a supplier to be responsible for all their metalworking fluids, lubricants and process fluids, including reducing total operational costs, tracking chemicals and supporting process savings. It can include activities such as procurement, inventory management, environmental management and optimising system performance, all with the simple objective of delivering sustainable and documented cost savings year after year.
As part of Castrol SystemCare, Castrol has developed an unique piece of equipment that gives real-time monitoring of its metalworking fluids in the customer’s factory. Castrol SystemRT can take samples automatically from up to four central metalworking fluid systems according to a specified routine, test these samples and provide instant trending information which can be used to make decide on any corrective actions . Castrol SystemRT will be operating on our stand during MACH 2008.
Castrol will also display two other fluid monitoring services at MACH: Castrol LabCheck – a laboratory based analysis services for a broad range of products to optimise fluid performance and Castrol Predict – which uses advanced analytical ferrography to analyse used oils and helps customers to schedule machinery maintenance without any loss of production.
