Compressors and air treatment solutions on show include the latest energy-saving VSD additions to Atlas Copco’s family of WorkPlace and Class 0 oil-free compressors and blowers, together with remote monitoring solutions, finance options and more.
The hardware on display includes a GA11VSD compressor that embodies the energy-efficient technology that is the primary feature of Atlas Copco’s family of VSD WorkPlace rotary screw compressors. It’s an 11kW machine that produces 10-13bar, 50Hz performance, offers a flow range from 7 to 29 l/s (15 to 62 cfm) and means reduced energy costs and precise pressure control for the smaller compressed air user.
Among the features on the stand are details of AIRScan, part of Atlas Copco’s range of aftermarket products and services, an accurate, independent survey report system designed to pinpoint any energy drains so action can be taken to achieve peak efficiency and substantial savings energy costs.
Remote monitoring solutions for multiple stationary compressors include AIRConnectTM, which connects any compressed air installation to a sophisticated, automated 24/7 internet-based monitoring system that is designed to monitor, measure and manage an entire compressed air network to help improve productivity.
