Stand B15

This year’s focus on the Sensonics Maintec exhibition stand will primarily be targeted at high temperature vibration measurement.

A new 450°C ICP type vibration transducer, the PZEHT will be introduced at the show. Robust and hermetically sealed, this latest instrument from Sensonics is designed for use on gas turbines. ATEX approved, the new unit incorporates a test calibration facility able to confirm correct operation of the complete sensing loop; particularly important where the sensor is positioned in hard to reach or in non-serviceable parts of the turbine.

Other products to be featured on the stand will include the company’s recently introduced PRS05 Eddy Current Proximity Probe, capable of operating to temperatures of 240°C. Robust, the probe maintains measurement accuracy to within 5% over the full temperature range and is suitable for monitoring rotating shaft alignment and axial position. Especially suited for use on steam and gas turbines, centrifuges and pumps, the unit joins a range of Sensonic proximity probes offering non-contacting measurement configurations and API 670 compliance.

Maintaining the high temperature theme, Sensonics will also feature a range of LVDT’s (linear variable differential transformer displacement transducers) on its stand including the HTD Series, designed for heavy industrial use and capable of operating to temperatures of 200°C. The full range of Sensonics LVDT’s incorporates frictionless movement, which ensures long mechanical life.

Sensonics will be fielding a team of professional engineers on the stand ready to demonstrate equipment and answer questions concerning the company’s range of condition monitoring equipment.
