Configurable sampling systems for dew point instrumentation

The ES10 Sampling System range has been launched by Michell Instruments to complement their range of dew point instrumentation.

To ensure accurate and stable dew point or moisture measurement, it is important that the hygrometer is exposed to a representative sample of gas. This gas needs to be free of contaminants, at the correct pressure and at a flow rate that ensures a fast response to changing conditions.

The ES10 sampling systems are an economical method of mounting any of the Michell Instruments range of impedance dew point transmitters and providing the necessary filtration, sample flow, and analysis pressure. In applications as diverse as compressed air, medical gas or industrial process control, the ES10 sampling systems can be specified to exactly meet the requirements of the customer, and the dew point instrumentation utilised.

Michell Instruments have over 30 years experience of the design, manufacture, supply and maintenance of sampling systems used with moisture and dew point instrumentation. Michell’s Systems Engineering department have the necessary expertise to provide sampling systems that take into consideration any non-standard requirements, or extreme conditions of particular applications.
