New show for plant, works and maintenance engineers
April 7th 2008

"DFA Media and Plant and Works Engineering magazine are delighted to announce the inaugural Plant & Works Exhibition 2008, to be held in hall 3 of the NEC, Birmingham, 22-24 April 2008

"This exciting new event reflects the ‘multi-tasking’ required of today’s plant, works and maintenance engineers by covering a comprehensive range of relevant topics ranging from computerised maintenance management systems (CMMS), condition monitoring, thermal imaging, and training to boilers and burners, energy efficiency, health & safety, handling & storage, and industrial rental, plus much more.

"Over the three days of the event, the NEC’s Halls 2 & 3 will be the focus of the largest manufacturing and engineering event of 2008. Drives and Controls, Air-Tech, IFPEX, Plant and Works Exhibition, and Electrex will form part of this manufacturing and engineering extravaganza alongside MACH 08, Subcon, and IP&EE. Visitors gain unlimited free entry to all of them.

"40,000 visitors are anticipated to attend the whole event making it the must-attend event of the year," comments Ian Atkinson, Event Director.
