Safe and efficient de-dusting/cleaning
January 13th 2009 Air Control Industries’ JetBlack Personnel Cleaning Station is a safe, and cost-effective solution for the cleaning and de-dusting of personnel and equipment. It delivers high volumes of air at low pressure avoiding the potential health risks associated with compressed air. It is also cheaper to operate and the air is clean with no moisture or oil contamination.
JetBlack is available either as a wall-mounted or portable unit, the latter permitting its use wherever it is required. It is ideal for clean rooms and factory environments where dust, dirt, fibres or water need to be removed effectively from personnel clothing, footwear or from product during the manufacturing process.
Delivering a high volume air at below 2.1 psi, the ACI JetBlack delivers air safely, even when aimed directly at bare skin. It is also relatively quiet with noise levels below 78dB(A) compared to a typical compressed air noise output of between 110 and 140 dB(A).
It is economic to use. It is blower powered and operates on a time switch that ensures it cannot be left on for extended periods.
