Super efficient steam boilers now for hire

Byworth Boilers’ new energy saving steam boilers, the Yorkshireman2, are already saving thousands of pounds in fuel bills across the UK on over 50 sites. Several multi-site organisations are so impressed with the savings that projects are underway to install Yorkshireman2 boilers at other sites.

Byworth has now introduced several Yorkshireman2 boilers into its 100 strong boiler hire fleet, so that potential purchasers can hire a temporary boiler to see for themselves the actual fuel savings that can be achieved.

Michael Rutter, Byworth’s Hire Sales Engineer commented, “The introduction of Yorkshireman2 boilers into our trailerised hire fleet has proved so popular that I have hardly seen those boilers in that last year. No sooner have they had their routine checks and maintenance after one hire period, than they are back out on hire at another customer site. With careful steam metering it is possible to calculate the predicted fuel savings over existing boilers proving the financial feasibility of boiler replacement projects. Also, I am sure that the Yorkshireman 2 boilers will contribute significantly to the UK’s Carbon reduction programme.”

The Yorkshireman2 incorporates X-ID firetubes which achieve over 80% increased heat transfer over normal tubes due to helical ribs causing a unique boundary layer attachment /reattachment phenomenon.
