AUTOMATIC LUBRICATION

MCM Conveyors offers an Automatic Lubricator that is said to take away the drudgery of lubricating conveyor chains, ensuring exact quantities of oil are applied at speeds to 18m/min.

It can supply automatic shot type lubricators that discharge the right amount of lubricant into the articulated joint. The company says this is the key point to long chain life and simplifies lubricating procedure.

The pneumatic MCM Automatic Lubricators are programmable to eject oil pulses on to essential components from up to 12 nozzles and from a minimum quantity of 0.01cc per nozzle. The unit includes a separate solenoid valve with silencer and regulator.
