Celebrating its 50th birthday this year, Gamet Bearings supplies its products to machine manufacturers worldwide.

Its range includes ISO and Imperial equivalents from 25mm to 500mm diameter. Throughout the range radial run-out characteristics as low as 0.5micron, are achieved.

Operating speeds that are said to be over 30% above traditionally accepted norms for tapered roller bearings, are achieved using a combination of highly precise components lubricated by specially formulated grease. The company says operating temperatures of just 10 above ambient is an indicator of reliability under continuous running conditions.
