Neat application

Available from EFD International, the new Ultra 1400 dispenser applies grease and other lubricants neatly and accurately.

The closed system uses a precisely timed air pulse to apply clean, consistent amounts of grease without waste or clean-up. Typical applications include lubricating bearings, gears, slides, locks, hinges and other hardware

Set-up and operation is said to be simple and efficient. The compact dispenser console is connected to compressed air and electricity, and grease is loaded into a disposable syringe barrel connected to the console by a lightweight airline.

A handy 'teach' function makes it easy to quickly determine the correct amount of grease to use for any application.
