Piston valve

A stainless steel, pneumatically operated piston valve from EFD applies accurate, uniform dots and stripes of grease without mess, drooling or maintenance. The compact 725DA-SS has no seals to wear out, leak or degrade performance and its design is said to eliminate the need for complex mechanical adjustments. After each dispense cycle, the valve closes with a fast, clean cut-off to eliminate drooling, rework and clean-up. An external stroke control makes it easy to fine tune the flow rate and closing snuff-back for different greases, viscosities and dispensing applications.
