Uses less lube

EFD's MicroCoat MC800 stock lubrication system uses Low Volume Low Pressure technology to evenly coat stock of less than 25mm up to 1220mm wide with a fine, consistent film of oil. It prevents tool damage and reduces lube consumption by up to 70%.

The modular system can be configured for the job in hand and then upgraded easily to meet future needs.

The compact MC800 controller cabinet can accommodate two manifolds, each holding up to four flow controls that provide precise adjustment of oil flow, especially at lower pressures.

With both manifolds fully loaded, a single MC800 system can regulate eight MicroCoat valves and coat stock up to 1220mm wide on one side or stock up to 610mm wide on both sides.
