A full range of HPS (heatless pressure swing) adsorption dryers for compressed air systems is available from Hi-line Industries.

Designed with simplified 'plug and play' installation, they are reported to combine high efficiency and realiability with minimum running cost.

The units operate at a pressure range of 7-10 barg (min 4 barg), and should not be confused with budget versions using cheap shuttle valves which can fail within a relatively short time, says the company. They are suitable for any commercial/ industrial application where high quality dry air is required.

Stainless steel pipework and high quality check valves help ensure continuity of flow without dewpoint spiking or pressure drop.
