'Zero loss' air dryer November 1st 2008 The latest version of the Hi-line ZLHBP
desiccant air dryer has been
given the green light for energy
efficiency.
Achieving dewpoints of -700°C
PDP without using expensive
compressed air lowers its cost of
ownership. With generous
vessels/desiccant charge, the
Automatic Energy Management
System (AEMS) regenerates the
dryer at the customer's lowest tariff
rate. Available with a 'steam
regeneration' facility for companies
with waste steam to utilise, running
costs are said to be virtually nil.
The Hi-line ZL-HBP (Zero-loss
Heater Blower Programme) comes
standard with stainless steel
pipework and lagged vessels with
a choice of software to work with
your required site preference –
Rockwell, Mitsubishi, Siemens,
Fanuc, Allen Bradley and so on.
The Hi-line products are said to
integrate with all of industries
applications and the company
offers a free compressed air
energy saving survey. More articles from Hi-Line Industries Ltd: |
