Easier testing July 1st 2004 Palintest has developed a reagent dispenser to make ammonia testing simpler, especially in conditions such as high winds or heavy rain.
The test accurately measures ammonia in waste waters across the full spectrum of normal regulatory levels, helping to ensure that waste waters from sewage and industrial effluent treatment plants have ammonia levels within Discharge Consent limits.
Based on the standard Nessler method, the first test reagent is supplied in a Tubetest sealed test tube, the second in the new dispenser. After a sample is added to the first reagent, the second reagent is added simply from the new dispenser. After 1min, the tube is inserted in Palintests ammonia meter and two buttons pressed. The ammonia concentration is then displayed on a 10mm lcd. More articles from Palintest Limited: |
