Festo appoints system integrator
November 1st 2007 Motor Technology has been appointed a system integrator by Festo. The appointment marks the latest move by Festo to expand its presence in the electrical drives and controls market. Under the terms of the agreement, Festo will provide Motor Technology with marketing and pre-sales support, as well as technical training, for the company's growing range of electrical automation products. "Having direct access to Festo electrical automation components will help us shorten system build times, and tighter links with Festo's technical training facilities should benefit both companies' customers," says Andrew Fallows, Motor Technology's MD.
