A database of drive knowledge has been developed by Lenze and is available to customers 24h/365 days on the Internet. The Applications Knowledge Base can answer questions on drives, automation products, fieldbus systems, geared motors and so on. Access is through the Service section of the Lenze website www.lenze.co.uk. New articles are highlighted and customers can search for specific information by inputting search words, using a search tree or selecting from key words in the knowledge base.
