The new Han-Modular twin industrial connector from Harting allows the company's Han modular inserts to be combined in a new compact hood and housing system, offering space-savings as well as handling advantages in servomotor systems and related industrial installations.

The connector has been developed for applications where space is at a premium and it is necessary to mount two connectors in a single housing system. As the twin connector has both connector inserts in the same housing, it is possible to replace a defective drive or motor quickly, thereby helping to obtain significant reductions in downtime.

With dimensions of 39 by 44mm, the device looks like a miniature IP65 industrial connector.
