Lower Costs
May 1st 2006

Koch Membrane Systems has introduced Inducor and inducor-G tubular modules for ultrafiltration of industrial process streams and wastewater.

Modules are said to have higher packing density and to require less power than traditional tubular membranes, resulting in systems with a smaller footprint and reduced operating costs.

Inducor modules use KMS PVDF ultrafiltration membrane that is compatible with most industrial wastewater streams and is well suited to the treatment of oily wastes and metal hydroxide wastes. Modules are configured with 11/2in dia tubes and Inducor-G modules have 1in dia tubules.

These open-channel configurations are tolerant of high solids steams, including food waste.
