500, 000th meter delivered
November 1st 2006 Emerson Process Management has announced the delivery of the company's 500,000th Micro Motion meter to Anheuser-Busch. From its introduction of Coriolis meters in 1977, Emerson says that it has continuously enhanced Micro Motion products to offer customers the widest breadth of Coriolis solutions, the best performing Coriolis sensors, and greater transmitter flexibility. The half-million milestone comes at the same time as the launch of the company's next generation of enhanced Coriolis technology. With Micro Motion Coriolis meters installed throughout the world Emerson says its leadership extends to immense application expertise that helps users apply and commission the meters to increase process efficiency and profitability.
