All-in-one flowmeter

Krohne's Optiflux 5000 all-in-one electromagnetic flowmeter range has been extended with the launch of a model with flanged connections and a ceramic liner. The instrument is also available in small meter sizes from DN15 to DN100.

It is suitable for use in the chemical industry and where the flow of aggressive and abrasive substances need to be measured.

The ceramic liner is resistant to these substances.

A flanged connection increases versatility, simplifying installation and making it compatible with a wide range of plant conditions. It also shields the ceramic liner, protecting it against damage during installation.

Optiflux 5000 has 3x100% diagnostics. These include 100% Sensor and Converter diagnostics, which test the microprocessor, memory and software, and the temperature of the electronics as well as the output.
