continues with a
new corporate
structure, a wider
reaching portfolio
and a new name –
Deritend Industries.
The changes are part of a
resolute plan for growth being
implemented by the current
management team, following a
management buy-out in 2001. The
recent purchase of UK gearbox
supply and repair
specialist, RMB
Engineering, now
RMB Deritend, has
been the catalyst for
the structural
changes.
Group company
specialisms include
electric motors,
power systems,
drives and automation equipment,
mechanical components and
systems such as gearboxes and
bearings, through to pumps and
