September 1st 2008 The new Yilmaz M series of helical
gearboxes from the Richard Alan
Group Company, Pumps &
Gearboxes, can be supplied in as
little as 24h, in sizes up to 2000Nm.
The gearboxes have a European
footprint which means that they
interchange directly with most of
the leading makes on the market.
They are manufactured under
ISO 9001 conditions, and are said
to offer a price competitive
package, especially when provided
by P&G as a package with Gamak
motors.
The monoblock 'M' series
gearboxes are high strength, in-line
units designed for either flange or
shaft mounting in demanding
mixing, crushing, winding,
materials handling, quarrying and
mining applications.
Richard Alan can supply adaptor
plates to change the footprint and
shaft height of a gearbox, where
the requirement is to replace an
