FASTER WORK
July 1st 2004

National Instruments says engineers can execute more sophisticated image processing applications that require fast frame ranges and complex algorithms with the latest version in its Compact Vision System series.

The NI CVS-1456 delivers 83% more processing power and eight times more memory than the original version of the system.

Engineers can more rapidly execute advanced image processing algorithms such as pattern-matching and character recognition. Taking advantage of the 256mb of nonvolatile, onboard Flash memory, users can store larger images for future offline analysis.
