The modular measuring system can be customised to individual applications. There are three main elements: filter, sampler unit and controller. The system runs a sampling cycle automatically under the full control of the Mitsubishi controller. When the cycle is complete, the operator replaces the filter cartridge and sends the sample to a laboratory for analysis
At the heart of the control module is a Mitsubishi Electric FX2N PLC with a four channel FX2N-4AD-PT temperature data input module and associated thermal sensors and an FX2N-2ND output module with two analogue outputs.
