Hoerbiger-Origa has launched a new sizing programme that assists engineers with sizing and selecting electric linear actuators for particular duties.

Time-consuming calculations of static and dynamic movement parameters are carried out automatically by the user-friendly EL-sizing programme. The company points out that this is especially useful when values are changed during the planning phase. EL-sizing saves valuable time by avoiding complete recalculations. As soon as all values have been entered or changed in the input field, a button click brings up a list of all suitable linear drives in seconds
