January 1st 2008 Hansford Sensors specialises in
the design and manufacture of
industrial accelerometers for the
monitoring of vibration levels on
rotating machinery.
Its standard range includes ATEX,
waterproof and high temperature
options with choice of outputs,
electrical connection and a wide
choice of fixing options. A customdesign
service is also available.
To complement its sensors, the
company manufactures cable
assemblies, switching and
connection boxes and a series of
DIN rail mounted monitoring and
protection modules.
On show at Maintec will be a
portable vibration meter for on-thespot
measurement of vibration levels
and the USB accelerometer which
can be used as a vibration checker
to determine whether rotating
machines exceed ISO 19816 and
assess machine fault conditions.
