servicing'.
Three of Merlin's established
products are combined into one
nationwide maintenance contract
that includes generator remote
monitoring and testing via the
company's Hawkeye System and
refuelling using its own fleet of
tankers and bowsers.
The third element is 24/7, 365
day nationwide maintenance that
includes two scheduled service
visits and
emergency call
out with a
guaranteed 4h
