Infrared camera with PC application
September 1st 2007

Le Mark Group's Rescue Tape is a self-fusing silicone repair tape with no adhesive, it is suitable for emergencies and all purpose repairs on hoses, electrical wiring and a variety of other surfaces.

When stretched and wrapped under tension it fuses permanently into one piece of silicone in minutes, creating an air-tight, water-tight seal that is resistant to oils, fuels, acids, solvents, salt water, road salt and UV rays. It can be used in even the harshest environments including high and low temperatures, engine bays, oil rich areas and even underwater It works over wet, dirty or oily services where ordinary tapes fail.

Insulating up to 8000 volts, resisting up to 700psi and operating up to 500F (2600C) and below freezing, the tape is available in two sizes – 25mm x 3.6m and 50mm x 10.8m Infrared camera with PC application The HotShot infrared camera from Eurotron Instruments is integrated with a PC application, which the company says makes it a new vision in thermal imaging.

Simply create a list of inspection points (or export the list from your CMMS database) and upload it to your camera. HotShot will take you through your list of inspection points where you can capture infrared and visible images.

It prompts you with suggestions for diagnoses and recommendations that are customised for the equipment-type at each location. When complete, it automatically prints reports with IR and visible images, location, equipment type, diagnoses and recommendations.
