Parker Instrumentation has appointed Aberdeen Fluid System Technologies as a Process Solution Specialist in Scotland.

The company will configure and provide application-specific solutions for connecting instruments and interfacing equipment to process lines using Parker's range of manifolds, valves and flanged products.

The appointment complements the long-standing relationship between Parker Instrumentation and Hydrasun, provider of Parker products and solutions and services to the UK oil and gas industry.

Ian Huggins, general manager of Parker Instrumentation, says "With the three companies working closely, we can offer customers far more depth and experience and realise our goal of threadless and leak-free installations becoming standard."
