Connectors for harsh environments
September 1st 2006 PEI-Genesis, international distributor of commercial, industrial and military connectors, has expanded its range of products from Amphenol-Tuchel Electronics with the addition of the eco-mate series of circular industrial connectors.
Particularly suitable for use on control equipment in the robotics and automation sectors, the ecomate connectors are made from tough polyamide material and offer environmental protection of IP65 or IP67. They also feature a vibration- proof coarse-threaded cable gland and are ergonomically shaped to facilitate quick mating/unmating even under extreme environmental condition.
